Turnaround Time We operate with a flexible turnaround or lead time on all orders. Some orders can be fulfilled within as little as 24 hours while others may require weeks. However, the average turn around for most orders is about 5 business days which is fairly quick compared to the industry standard. We don’t believe in “rush” fees so we never charge extra for an order just because you’re in a crunch. We simply rely on good communication with our clients to know when an order is due. Tell us when you need it, and chances are we can get it done.
MinimumsThe minimum quantity needed to place an order depends on the apparel and the decoration. Most of our styles will have a very low minimum or no minimum at all. Pricing always gets better with higher quantities, but we’ll quote you on both small and large orders.
Ease of Ordering When placing an order with us, you’ll have a knowledgeable representative at your service from start to finish. We believe that custom apparel should always provide a great return on investment, not just when being retailed, but also when used for promotional purposes and branding. Utah Custom Apparel is a full service print and promo company based in the Salt Lake Valley. Started in 2011, we take a more design oriented approach to creating high quality custom apparel and promotional products for our thousands of clients served. Our customer service and job workflow makes ordering apparel and promo products a breeze. We believe that when the right product meets good design and good decoration or embellishment techniques, custom apparel and promo products can be an extremely valuable marketing tool. Our goal is to make companies and organizations of all kinds stand out and be remembered.
